The Challenge
A manufacturing business was relying on manual, paper-based processes for quality control, inventory management, and production scheduling. Data was siloed across disconnected spreadsheets and legacy systems, making it impossible to get a real-time view of operations. Staff spent hours each week on manual data entry and reconciliation between systems.
Our Solution
We designed and built a centralised operations platform that digitised core workflows and integrated with existing ERP and inventory systems.
